Yes. Many patients join CallonDoc while already using GLP-1 medications. Your provider may be able to continue your current treatment or adjust your dose, depending on your medical history and evaluation. In many cases, patients are able to continue treatment without restarting from the beginning.

If your provider determines that GLP-1 treatment is not medically appropriate, your order will not be processed. In many cases, your provider may also recommend alternative treatment options that may be better suited to your health needs.

Home Delivery Program:
With our Home Delivery Program, your medication ships directly to your home each month. This option includes your prescribed medication, microdosing options when appropriate, ongoing provider management, and dose adjustments as needed.
Pharmacy Pick-Up:
With the Pharmacy Pick-Up option, your provider sends your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice. You may pay using insurance (if eligible) or cash.

What should I do before submitting my visit?

CallOnDoc offers online consultations for a wide range of conditions, including STD testing, prescription refills, weight loss, pediatric care, and general health concerns. We also provide lab orders, at-home test kits, and doctor's excuse notes.

 

Does CallOnDoc offer video consultations?
CallOnDoc operates as an asynchronous telehealth service. Instead of video calls, you complete an online medical questionnaire and a licensed provider reviews your responses and provides a treatment plan or prescription. Phone calls can be added for an additional fee as per provider availability. 

 

Can I request treatment for a partner?
Yes, for select STD consultations only. The platform will indicate if partner treatment is available when applicable.

What happens after I submit my visit?

How do I know if my prescription was sent?
You can view prescription and visit updates anytime in your dashboard under the “Visits” tab. Once your provider has completed your care plan, your prescription has also been electronically sent to your selected pharmacy when applicable.

 

What should I do if the pharmacy says they didn’t receive my prescription?
Once your care plan has been completed, your prescription has also been electronically sent to your selected pharmacy. We recommend checking directly with the pharmacist and signing up for pharmacy text alerts if available. If you still have trouble locating your prescription, our support team will gladly help review it with you.

 

How long does it take for pharmacies to fill prescriptions?
Prescription timing can vary depending on pharmacy workload, medication availability, insurance processing, and local pharmacy policies.

 

What if my symptoms are not improving?
If your symptoms continue or worsen, please message your provider or contact support so we can help review your care plan and next steps.

 

Can I message my provider after my visit?

One-time care is designed for individual visits, while ongoing care memberships help support longer-term health needs with continued access, follow-ups, and added benefits.

Some legacy membership plans are no longer available for new enrollment.

Included visits do not roll over and reset based on your membership billing cycle.

Some plans include dependent coverage. Eligible dependents and limits vary based on your selected membership. For children ages 1–17, create a sub-profile under your account by selecting 'Pediatrics' during a consultation. A parent or legal guardian MUST manage the account.
